经我厂董事会研究，就此次贵单位购置的办公家具产品，我厂做出有关售后服务的计划及承诺如下：
自验收合格之日起，提供五年免费保用服务，
在保用期内，我公司对家具机件及制造方面的问题提供保用及免费维修服务。
购置我公司货品之五年保用期内，发现任何故障，以至在实质上影响了货品的正常使用，并与保用期五年内可获公司免费上门维修服务。
对客户因使用不当而造成的家具或零配件损坏，简单的进行免费维修。
以我公司（地区公司全称）为主体，专门成立贵单位办公家具售后服务小组，小组安排专人负责。
产品使用初期，我方派人进行服务指导，解释产品的使用功能及保养细则，在使用过程中保证每两个月对甲方进行一次回访，在收到甲方有关售后服务的要求、电话或传真后，在1小时内安排专人进行处理，并在24小时内解决问题，若问题严重无法短时间解决的，做出书面解释并明确解决时间。
上述所有保证只限于产品的原购者。在保用期满后，本公司将继续提供终身保养服务，只收取相应的材料费而免人工费。
After service plan and promise
After discussion of our company directorate, we offer free to move, disconnect and install the old furniture of your company one time .
As to your purchasing of your office furniture, our after sales services plan and promise are as following:
The goods purchased in five years, if have any problems that in face affect the products’ normal using, can be freely maintained services. As to the problems caused by client’ incorrect operation, our company just provides some simple free services.
Our company will establish after sales services group, and we will arrange our workers responsible for it. At the beginning of products using period, we will arrange our experienced workers to guide to operate and to explain the use method and maintenance of our products. We guarantee that we will pay a visit every two months. After receiving services requirements by telephone or fax from buyers, we will arrange specialists in one hour and to solve problem in 24 hours. If there are some problems we cannot solve immediately we will make explanation report and confirm solving time.
After the period of promise our company still provides all life of product maintenance and services.
